Yes, absolutely. We just ask for a 30-day notice to process any cancellations or pauses. You won’t lose any unused credits—you’ll have the option to gift remaining services to a friend or loved one. Simply communicate with our front desk to make arrangements.
Can I upgrade my membership tier anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade your tier at any time. Your new membership level will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Just connect with our front desk team to make the switch seamless.
Are memberships shareable?
Memberships are not shareable; however, you’re welcome to purchase a membership as a gift for a friend or family member. In rare cases—such as travel or health-related absences—we allow a one-time service transfer. Recurring transfers are not permitted.
Is this exclusive only to the Saks Fifth Avenue location?
Yes. Our membership program is offered exclusively at our Saks Fifth Avenue location—a stunning 3,400 square-foot space dedicated to luxury salon and spa services waiting just for you.
How do I access my membership perks?
You have full support from our front desk team, who tracks everything on your behalf. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to your first appointment so we can walk you through our membership program and make sure everything is set up for a smooth experience.
Are there hidden fees?
Never. We believe in transparent pricing and flexible, no-contract memberships. The only additional charges would be for optional service enhancements which are always discussed with you in advance by your spa specialist.
